Her journey began as an IT graduate working a full-time job earning around PKR 20,000 a month. In December 2023, she started creating content on LinkedIn with no audience, mentor, or roadmap. She relied on self-learning, YouTube, and ChatGPT, continuing to show up even when her posts received little attention.

In 2024, Rimsha landed her first international client through LinkedIn, proving that her skills could create opportunities beyond her immediate surroundings. Starting as a graphic designer, she gradually discovered her passion for personal branding, storytelling, and LinkedIn strategy. Since then, she has worked with professionals connected to organizations including Oxford and Google.
