By accessing or using Pakistan Ki Shaan (“the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

Pakistan Ki Shaan is a free platform that discovers, publishes, and celebrates stories of Pakistani people and their achievements. We publish profile features, accept nominations through our Get Featured form, and allow visitors to view, like, and leave feedback on published profiles. The platform is provided free of charge, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time.

User Submissions

When you submit a nomination through the Get Featured form, send us a message, or leave feedback or comments on the platform, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy: You confirm that the information and photos you submit are truthful and that you have the right to share them.
• Permission: If you nominate someone else, you confirm you have their consent (or a reasonable basis) to share their information and photo with us.
• Licence to publish: By submitting content, you grant Pakistan Ki Shaan a perpetual, royalty-free licence to publish, adapt, and share that content on the platform and on our social media channels in connection with your feature.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to review, edit for length and clarity, decline, or remove any submission, comment, or published feature at our sole discretion.

Content Accuracy

Stories and profiles on Pakistan Ki Shaan are based on information submitted by the individuals featured or by people nominating them. While we believe this information to be accurate when published, we do not independently verify every claim, achievement, or credential. Profiles reflect the accounts of their submitters; if you believe a published profile contains an error, please contact us and we will look into it.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorised nominations
• Post defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload content you do not have the rights to share, including photos of others without consent
• Attempt to manipulate view counts, likes, or engagement metrics
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the operation of the platform

We may remove content and restrict access from anyone who violates these rules.

Intellectual Property

Profile photos and personal stories submitted to the platform remain the property of the individuals who submitted them. By submitting, however, you grant Pakistan Ki Shaan the licence described above to publish and promote that content as part of your feature.

The Pakistan Ki Shaan name, logo, website design, and original editorial content are the property of Pakistan Ki Shaan and may not be copied or reused without permission. Sharing links to our profiles is always welcome.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pakistan Ki Shaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from reliance on any content published on it. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
